Marita Sonnenberg
Chief editor
Marita Sonnenberg is responsible for the conception and contents of the fashion trends books. She successively builds up the portfolio of international trend guides. Her many years of branch experience, permanent dialogue with creative designers and decision-makers from the industry and trade form the basis of her market-orientated, analytical approach. In addition to fashion trends, Marita Sonnenberg, as chief editor, has shaped the fashion competence of the trade magazine TM. Together with a strong and committed team, she is constantly looking for new challenges and formats.

Deniz Trosdorff
Fashion Director
Brought up in Istanbul and Cologne, Deniz Trosdorff showed an interest in culture and history at a very early stage. She studied German and history for several semesters, before deciding to study fashion journalism/media and communication science. Her passion is the creative analysis of trends and their visualisation. She captured international fashion cities with her camera. She communicates with opinion leaders and trendsetters at a cosmopolitan level in Turkish, German or English.

Fabienne Witt
Fashion Director
Following internships at WDR-Rundfunk, Orfgen Werbeagentur and in the printing sector for fashion magazines such as J’N’C and TM, Fabienne Witt focused intensively on fashion and media whilst studying for her Bachelors degree. Before joining fashion trends, she studied German and media technology/design at the Bergischen Universität Wuppertal. Following the relaunch of the trend books to MOLECULE, her main area is womenswear with an emphasis on the complexity of materials, styles and accessories.

Anne Jobes
Fashion Director
Street fashion, design, music and urban art, these are Anne Jobes’ passions. Whilst living in Berlin, she discovered her passion for fashion. This is where she was able to gain an extensive insight into the fashion scene in the capital. After graduating with a Bachelors degree at AMD in the area of fashion management, she decided to do a Masters degree in Multichannel Trade Management in Textile Business. Anne Jobes researched, analyses and documents the younger, progressive fashion market for MOLECULE.

Claudia Goßen
Project Manager Marketing/Consulting
Claudia Goßen discovered her passion for languages and fashion at an early stage. After qualifying as a commercial assistant for foreign languages, she decided to study to become a fashion and design manager and specialised in marketing, communication and product management. In addition to her editorial and brand-strategic project management role, she is the internal and external interface of the brand world of MOLECULE.

Stefanie Seidenberg
Graphic Design
Stefanie Seidenberg has already made her mark with Look & Feel of fashion trends as a graphic designer. After having worked for different advertising agencies, she had devoted her wealth of knowledge, commitment and ideas to MOLECULE. She is very interest in art. She has a Bachelor of Arts degree, and in addition to fashion and design, she is also active in the field of psychology and communication.

Smaranda Schächtele
Illustrator
For the qualified architect Smaranda Schächtele, design, architecture and fashion are inseparable, in constant mutual exchanges, which accompany social development and define the spirit of the times. During her long career as an illustrator and trend consultant, she lived and worked in Berlin, Paris and Düsseldorf. In order to find creative inspiration, the headstrong designer enjoys being with people of different generations and travels the world to enjoy and analyse art and design.

Florence Teyant
Illustrator
Florence Teyant interprets with great passion the lifestyle of creative streetfashion people and adds the impressions of international designers. She works as a freelance illustrator for fashion trends casual and renowned international trend agencies. Being French and living in Paris, she knows how to illustrate the aesthetics and urbanity of the metropolises in perspective. Her style of drawing is just as individual as she is.

Axel Siebmann
Photographer
The photographer from Hamburg with his own photo studio in Winterhude has been photographing international fashion shows for the past 30 years. After being an assistant in Hamburg, he moved to Paris at the end of the 70’s. This was the beginning of a long career of photography in international metropolises on the catwalks and behind the scenes. His clients include international glossy magazines through to topical news media. The next challenge is on the cards: Axel Siebmann sees designer shows of the future in the form of video film productions. For fashion trends, he documents the world of fashion on the catwalks and behind the scenes.
